NEW YORK (AP) — Where did all the television viewers go last week?
Several broadcast programs hit low-water marks Thursday. The Nielsen Co. says CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" had a season-low audience for a new episode. ABC's "Missing" had a series low. All the originals on NBC's Thursday lineup, including "Community," ''30 Rock," ''Up All Night" and "Awake," had their smallest audiences of the season.
A handful of theories have been advanced. The religious holidays, school vacations, nice spring weather or just plain boredom with their choices are possible reasons.
The week's most-watched show was the NCAA men's basketball championship between Kansas and Kentucky on CBS.
